LINDSAY LOHAN: Probation Revoked
Lindsay Lohan has had her probation revoked by a Los Angeles judge and will now learn when -- not "if" -- she'll be reporting to prison.
Commissioner Jane Godfrey apparently got fed up with Lindsay's constant flaunting of the law and dropped the bombshell this morning at a hearing -- which Lohan did not attend. The hearing was initially to be an arraignment on reckless driving charges from her Porsche wreck last year, but was expanded to include her jewelry theft case -- the one she was already on probation for.
With the probation revoked, LiLo must appear in court on January 15th to find out how much jail time she'll serve -- the max being 245 days.
KATT WILLIAMS: Arrest Warrant Issued
Katt Williams is a wanted man -- now that a Seattle judge has issued a warrant for his arrest.
The train-wreck comic skipped an arraignment this morning at which he was to dig into a combo platter of charges, including assault, harassment and obstruction -- all stemming from his bar fight in Seattle on December 2nd.
That doesn't even touch on the rest of Katt's recent crime spree -- slapping a Target employee, whipping an audience member with a microphone or fleeing cops on a three-wheeled motorcycle.
Katt's mouthpiece says the comic missed the date over "medical issues," but the court didn't buy it and issued a bench warrant.
