1. Work Out With Someone Who Looks Better Than You...In a study from last year, people were told to ride a stationary bike for as long as possible. Then, a second time, they watched a video of someone who was in better shape than them also riding a bike. Guess what? They biked almost as long. it works!
2. Bring Your Dog To Work...Obviously most of you aren't allowed to but, if you can, people with a pooch tended to get more exercise BECAUSE YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO WALK THE DOG!
