Serve a Raw Veggie Platter! Carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, celery with a low-fat dip.
Shrimp Cocktail! High protein, low fat and always a crowd favorite.
And here's my favorite tip. It's what's in the chili.
Trick Them with Chili Made With GROUND TURKEY! Sure, they're expecting beef in there but they'll never know. More fiber, less fat and just as tasty.
