This jelly is commonly seen in Monterey Bay during spring and summer, sometimes in large groups. Growing to about four inches in diameter, a cross jelly's bell is rimmed with hundreds of fine white tentacles and is bioluminescent. Four white canals visible under the transparent bell form an obvious "X" pattern, after which the cross jelly was named.PLUS:

1. Don’t Beat Around the Bush
Leave your hint-dropping ways for Christmas and be direct in what you need from him. Want to take a shower? Ask him to hold your newborn so you can wash your hair. Looking for him to do his share of baby diaper duties? Ask him to handle post-feeding changes in the evenings. Subtle suggestions usually don’t work on new dads.
2. Be Willing to Barter
Food, sex, or free time — you’ll have to decide the best way to get his attention. Sweetly offering to swap his help in exchange for a back rub or his favorite fare may get the new dad to pitch in with baby duties more quickly than complaining that he doesn’t do his fair share.
3. Give Him Some Space
Once your husband is willing to lend a hand, step back, lady! No man wants his mama standing over his shoulder telling him what to do. So long as your newborn isn’t in danger, let him figure out how to do things his way to boost his self-confidence and avoid being annoyed by you.

Formerly 351 pounds, Ammerman said his weight not only affected his ability to be in the military, but deeply impacted his confidence and self image as well.
But Ammerman was determined to get into uniform, and lost 160 pounds until he was accepted into the Army, just before he turned the cutoff age of 34.
Ammerman is scheduled to ship out at the end of the month, and is thankful to those who helped him lose the weight. "I'm grateful to have made it this far and thanks to everyone who's helped me,” he told WXIN. "I had to have someone teach me what I was doing wrong."
"I think it's absolutely amazing what he's done. He’s really come a long way,” Mecum said. “He’s an inspiration to anybody who wants to enlist in the armed forces and serve their country.”

The former "Friends" star and fiance Justin Theroux were spotted in Santa Fe, New Mexico over the weekend -- where Jen debuted the massive rock.
Justin definitely did a good job with the emerald-cut sparkler, which features a BIG stone surrounded by diamonds.
Theroux popped the question to Aniston on his 41st birthday back in August, but the two have stayed out of sight ever since.
