I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and grew up with hippie parents that sold my brother and sister to the Gypsies and we lived in a VW Van - o.k. KIDDING!
We love to eat, camp, fish, eat, watch t.v., go to movies, eat, BBQ, hang out with friends, hang out by the pool, play video games, cook, and did I say eat?
It seems we are always trying to eat healthier and get active - I want to come to terms with fact I will never get back to my original weight - let's face it 7lbs and 6oz is not very realistic.
Come on, get your day started with Dave and I then spend your workday with me - I promise I will help make it go by faster with all of your favorite Soft Rock Music!

Elvis Presley's former Beverly Hills home, on the market for $12.9 million.
The former Beverly Hills home of the late Elvis Presley and his wife Priscilla is up for sale for a cool $12.9 million.
Real estate website operator Trulia reported the home hit the market last week.
Like Elvis' home in Memphis, known as Graceland, Elvis fans have for years flocked to visit the property. According to the listing, the four bedroom, five bathroom French Regency estate sits on a 1.18 acre promontory overlooking Los Angeles.
According to Elvis Presley Enterprises, Presley first rented the house before the couple bought it in 1967. It was sold in 1973, the same year Elvis and Priscilla divorced.
The estate was formerly available to lease for $25,000 a month.
If you've got a problem with your boss but don't know what to do about it, help could be at hand in the form of Tell Your Boss Anything, a new website that allows users to anonymously email their managers and tell them how they feel and resolve issues at work.
Often when things are bad at work, people keep their heads down and don't address the issue -- moaning to friends and family about what's going on instead. And, before long everyone in your social media circle has unfriended you.
Usually the problem is just a question of communication. If you could tell your boss what was wrong, anonymously and openly, without nerves getting in the way, maybe everything would be OK. Tell Your Boss Anything, a new web service created by Happiily, allows users to email their boss and say what's on their mind, without fear of reprisals, in the hope of addressing issues and creating a better working environment.
Jennifer Aniston is a blushing bride-to-be.
The actress did her first interview last night since announcing her engagement, where she got emotional when host (and BFF) Chelsea Handler brought up fiance Justin Theroux.
"Yes, I just got verklempt," a teary-eyed Aniston said after Chelsea asked about the engagement.
While Jen didn't say much about Theroux, she was clearly glowing as Handler said "He's the greatest guy ever and you guys make the greatest couple ever."
The two also chatted about pregnancy rumors and Jen's nipples. Yes, you read that correctly.
