It's a coffee fit for the one percent.

Are you prepared?

Dining post-apocalypse doesn't have to be all beans and peas with emergency preparedness companies offering meals like lasagna and pasta.

Because with just a little foresight and pre-planning, survivors can feast on meals like lasagna, teriyaki rice, pasta Alfredo and cheesy macaroni, reconstituted broccoli, canned bacon and even vanilla pudding for dessert.

That’s the pitch, anyway, from emergency preparedness companies that have been capitalizing on what some have interpreted as a Mayan prophecy for the end of the world.

As the day of reckoning approaches, when doomsayers claim the world will end on December 21, believers have been reinforcing their post-apocalyptic bunkers, building a cache of survival gear and stocking their pantries full of foods to last them through Armageddon.

For $7,000, emergency preparedness company Wise Food, for instance, offers a year’s supply of foods for four adults that includes meals like brown sugar, maple multi-grain cereal, lasagna, pasta Alfredo and chili macaroni. Meals are ready with the addition of hot water.

Think the post-apocalyptic recovery will last significantly longer? Their freeze-dried vegetables like broccoli, green beans and corn have a shelf life of up to 25 years, while their freeze-dried meats – roasted chicken, Southwest-style chicken, cheesy beef and teriyaki-style chicken – can last for up to 15 years.

Likewise, The Ready Store offers a similar package for $7,250 and includes meals like bbq chicken, beef stew, chicken fajitas, oatmeal, brownies, and pound cake, all of which can be eaten directly from the pouch and are designed to withstand “the harshest conditions.”

A year’s supply of food from Emergency Essentials clocks in at about $4 a day and includes dehydrated and freeze-dried fruits, vegetables, milk and garden seeds.

Meanwhile, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers a set of guidelines on how to create an emergency preparedness kit that includes tips on how and where to store foods, what kinds of foods to stock and avoid, and the shelf life of different non-perishable.

HOLLYWOOD DIRT:

1129_lindsay_lohan_tmz
Lindsay Lohan's drinking problem has returned with a vengeance -- sources close to the actress tell TMZ, she's been boozing heavily for months now ... as much as TWO LITERS of vodka a day.

According to sources,  Lindsay's become so stressed by her dire financial situation and the impending probation violation -- stemming from her PCH crash this summer -- that she's turned to alcohol for relief.

We're told Lindsay -- who's struggled with substance abuse in the past and even has a DUI conviction under her belt -- would often begin drinking first thing in the morning, and continue drinking throughout the day.

As for the Thursday morning NYC nightclub brawl ... we're told Lindsay was drinking all day and showed up at the Bieber concert already hammered. She continued to drink throughout the night, and got extremely sloppy.

According to sources, Lindsay's friends have given up trying to help her because when she's drunk ... she tends to get violent -- which makes sense in light of her arrest for assault.

We reached out to Lindsay's camp for comment -- so far, no word back.
