She told the Daily News the idea for the photo shoot came from her love of fairy tales and sci-fi stories. But she’s no crazy fanatic, she said.

“I have always enjoyed the fantasy type of thing, but it’s not like you go to my house and see a bunch of fairy tale stuff,” Lepper said. “And I really like zombies, too, but I didn’t think that was appropriate for a 10-month-old.”

Can you believe it?  She is 83 and just now getting the Chicken Pox!  She was absent from the View this a.m. and Whoopi broke it to the crowd that Barbara will be out for a while.....I must say, it was pretty funny...

"We want to give you an update on Barbara," Goldberg said ... "You all know that she fell and cut her head 10 days ago, and then was running a temperature, but it turns out it is all the result of a delayed childhood."

"Barbara has the chicken pox. She'd never had it as a child. So now she's been told to rest, she's not allowed any visitors. and we're telling you, Barbara, no scratching,

Whoopi added, "We love you. We miss you. We just don't want to hug you."
