Our Family - Craig and Teri Ann
We have been married over 16 years and are as happy as can be! We love to travel and explore new places. Tropical locations have been our favorite so far! It's nice to get away to the perfect tropical beach and we have been lucky to find some really nice ones! See my videos from trips we have taken below.
We love our cats and our dog and they are like 'kids' to us. Except they don't ask for the car keys and we don't have to pay for college...lol!
Craig and Olive our rescue Beagle:
Our kitty Emily aka "Princess Emily Muffin Pie"
Our other cat Boris, aka "Borisaurus Rex"
We love t.v.! Reality shows are some of our favorites! We love cooking shows too. Top Chef, Food Network, Survivor, American Idol, Biggest Loser, Hell's Kitchen, Masterchef, Glee, the list goes on and on!
We love to explore, travel, cook, watch movies, play online and going out to eat! We enjoy hanging out with our family, a good BBQ and friends. We are pretty laid back people who enjoy life and all it has to offer!
Here is a slide show of some of our trips around the world...we have more places we would love to visit, but here are few we have crossed off our list and some that we want to go back to over and over again!

Get Your Grill On this weekend with Glick's Old Fashion Meat Market!
Craig and I have been enjoying some wonderful meals with meat from Glick's...hey it's hot and I don't like to cook when it's hot, so we grill! Get your grill on too!
Check out the pics from their Meat Market..you can see just how good the meat is! All the meat we have had from Glicks has been premium cut meat! I have to say, after seeing some cuts from other meat markets, we are very impressed with Glick's more and more everytime we get our meats from them. Truly quality cuts, even cuts so they grill evenly!

This week we tried their Porterhouse Pork Chops! WOW! They were super tender and very moist! I decided that since Craig was going to be a bit late to go ahead and fry them...which it turned out perfect! I used a little spicy Jamaican seasoning along with the Glick's Old Fashion Meat Market seasoning and what a great mix that was! YUM! A bit of spice served with some scalloped potatoes on the side and some green beans...reminded me of dinners mom used to cook! Check out how gorgeous they are!!! Then stop by Glick's on your way home tonight and get something yummy for dinner that you can grill, fry, or bake too! :)
Even their seafood is divine! They always carry the fish that is in season right now, so you know it's fresh! Just look at the gorgeous salmon we picked up from Glick's - it's a beautiful color, no fishy smell and came out gorgeous after baking in foil at 350 for 40 min! With lemon, onion, garlic and fresh parsley - some of the best salmon we have had since moving to the Valley!
Get your seafood on with Glicks too!

So we grilled up the Spencer Steaks this weekend and WOW were they good! They were so huge tho, I had tons of left overs and we made a big awesome batch of Beef Stroganoff! Check out these steaks...you could feed a familly of 4 with two of these easy!
Craig is awesome at making those beautiful grill marks!
Tonight we are cooking the Spencer Steaks! Gonna be a yummy dinner of HUGE STEAKS!
I think we will grill them both, split one (cuz they are HUGE) and then I'll slice the other very thinly and make a beef stroganoff...
Here is our recipe for Beef Stroganoff:
Yummy steak or hamburger from Glick's Old Fashion Meat Market
One package of egg noodles
One large can of Cream of Mushroom soup
Better than beef boullion - 1 teaspoon
Fresh mushrooms sliced and sauteed with garlic and onions.
2 tablespoons of Sour Cream
Throw the mushrooms into the soup mixture after sauteeing. Add the sliced steaks or cooked ground beef and add the Better Than Boullian and sour cream and BAM! Easy peasy beef stroganoff with some fantastic grilled steaks thinly cut! :) Check back for pics!!
These Pork Loins turned out absolutely amazing! We did a quick sear and then cooked them on indirect heat on the BBQ...we love Jamaican seasoning so one of them we
used that on it and the other we used a lemon herb seasoning, which went great when thinly sliced and used on salads!
Don't those steaks look amazing?
All the meat looks incredible!
Even their hamburger is insanely good!
