I was born and raised in Portland, Oregon and grew up with hippie parents that sold my brother and sister to the Gypsies and we lived in a VW Van - o.k. KIDDING!
We love to eat, camp, fish, eat, watch t.v., go to movies, eat, BBQ, hang out with friends, hang out by the pool, play video games, cook, and did I say eat?
It seems we are always trying to eat healthier and get active - I want to come to terms with fact I will never get back to my original weight - let's face it 7lbs and 6oz is not very realistic.

We have been married over 15 years and are as happy as can be! We love to travel and explore new places. Tropical locations have been our favorite so far! It's already killed scores of people in a massive tornado that devastated the town of Moore, Oklahoma. And it's not over yet.
The storm system behind Monday's twister and several on Sunday is threatening a large swath of the United States on Tuesday, putting 53 million people at risk of severe weather.
"We could have a Round 3," CNN Meteorologist Ivan Cabrera said. "Hopefully, it won't be as bad."
Tornadoes could strike the Plains, but likely not in devastated Moore, Oklahoma, where the threat of severe weather has diminished.
In the bull's-eye Tuesday are parts of north-central Texas, southeastern Oklahoma, and northern Arkansas and Louisiana, according to the National Weather Service.
The area includes Dallas-Fort Worth, Waco, San Antonio, and parts of Shreveport, says HLN Meteorologist Bob Van Dillen. There may be "big tornadoes," he said.
Track the severe weather
About 9 million people live in the region, says CNN Meteorologist Dave Hennen.
"Storms will develop around the early afternoon, and then we may see supercells develop a few hours later. The primary tornado threat will be from mid-afternoon to late evening hours in that region," Van Dillen says.

The Oklahoma City area, including Moore, could continue to face storms during the morning due to a strong cold front positioned through the state and a strong low-level jet stream "plowing into it from the south," Van Dillen said. "This activity will edge eastward through the day."
The National Weather Service reports a slight risk of severe weather from Texas all the way up through the Great Lakes. Hennen says that puts another 44 million people under threat of some kind of severe weather.

When Army Spc. Larry Shaffer arrived home last week from a stint in Afghanistan, he barely recognized the woman who had come to meet him at the Wilmington, N.C., airport.
It was his wife, Misty, whom he hadn't seen for a year.

It was, in fact, the new Misty: She has shed 100 pounds since they parted.
"I just kept pictures off Facebook, off the Internet, When I did send him pictures, they were from the shoulder up."
Misty Shaffer waits for her husband to arrive with family and friends.
"Wow," Shaffer said after seeing Misty. "This is icing on the cake because I've been happy with the way she's looked since Day 1 but it's something she wanted to do, and she reached her goal."
The reinvented Misty wasn't the only shock facing Shaffer. While his wife had grown smaller, his daughter Nevaeh had grown bigger as she reached 3 years old.

Burger King is looking to expand its realm. The fast food chain is debuting a summer barbecue menu, featuring a rib sandwich that may lure some McDonald's fans away from the cult-favorite McRib.

The menu has 13 new items, which will come to restaurants around the country on May 21 and only be available through the summer. It includes regional-inspired sandwiches like a Memphis BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich, and a Carolina BBQ Whopper with bacon, pepper-jack cheese, a sweet dressing and barbecue sauce. There will also be buffalo chicken strips, a BBQ Chicken Salad that can be served with grilled or crispy chicken, and sweet potato fries. New drinks and sweets will also appear on the menu, including frozen lemonade and Oreo desserts, including chunky cookies made with Oreo pieces, a milkshake and a sundae.
GENEVA, Switzerland - Prestigious jeweller Harry Winston, which was acquired earlier this year by Swatch Group, bought a new colorless, flawless 101.73-carat diamond for a record $26.7 million at an auction in Geneva on Wednesday, auction house Christie's said.
Christie's representative Raul Kadakia told reporters after the sale that Harry Winston was the buyer of the diamond that Wednesday evening smashed the previous auction-price record for a diamond in its category by more than $10 million.
"Twenty-three million (Swiss) francs! Your last chance! Twenty-three million, sold!" shouted Francois Curiel, the head of Christie's jewellery division shouted, referring to the $23.5 million price before tax and commission, and clinching the deal in front of some 150 people gathered for the auction at a luxury Geneva hotel.
